Policies
Mullet Creative clients receive a contract with all policies and terms clearly stated. Here is a brief rundown of important features:
Start Date
Projects will commence when a signed contract and 50% of the project fee are received.
Materials
Digital files become the property of the client upon full payment. Mullet Creative requests the right to use images for promotional use (i.e. on website and in print portfolios).
Stop Work Orders
We request that you inform us immediately in writing and pay for all work completed.
Rush Orders
To accommodate last minute requests, an additional charge of 25% per hour or per project will be assigned. Projects with less than one to two weeks of lead-time are subject to the rush charge.
